Regional Leadership Conferences (RLC)
Schedules with Workshop Descriptions
- Registration Window: October 1st - 25th (5:00 PM FIRM!!!)
- $10.00 for Testing only and not attending the conference
- $20.00: Attending the conference to present or if tested and want to participate in workshops and networking
- Advisers/Chaperones will not have a cost to participate in the conference.
- Cost breakdown
- $5.00 Blue Panda Management and processing
- $5.00: Conference management (testing management, awards, printing expenses, conference logistics)
- $10.00: In-person cost to cover(facility costs, judge/adviser/student food, judge coordination, workshop materials)
- Testing at Home School: October 28-November 1st (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

- Region 1: Urbana High School: November 23 (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Region 2: CCBC Essex: November 2nd (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
- Region 3: Bel Air High School: November 19th (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Region 4: Laurel High School: November 16th (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Region 5: River Hill High School: November 16th (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Registration in Blue Panda Blue Panda First time Log-in Information Registering for competition directions Testing Information (test at home school with a proctor) Each school will need to complete the Proctor form (done by the adviser) and each proctor MUST submit the Proctor Certification Form by Nov. 1st. Without this form the students will be disqualified!
