What is FBLA Middle School
FBLA Middle School provides an opportunity for members to explore a range of career skills as well as project-based learning experiences tied to a Business Education Program. In FBLA Middle School, members will identify problems and solutions to begin developing business skills.
FBLA is a 501(c)3 organization for students interested in business, business related career, and leadership development. With a national footprint of nearly 250,000 students and 5,500 chapters, FBLA is the largest organization in the world dedicated to preparing students for the world of business.

Intracurricular Programming

The LEAD Awards are a local member engagement program where students enhance their leadership skills, expand their business knowledge, contribute to their local communities, and earn recognition by immersing themselves in their school and communities. There are two levels - Explore and Aspire.
In the Explore Award, members are introduced to the foundations of FBLA and learn how to best take advantage of the opportunities available to members. In the Aspire Award, members take deeper dives into specialized content areas like time management. Additional partner programs like the Stock Market Game and LifeSmarts gamify the business education experience through real world scenarios. Programs like Lead4Change implement service learning as a component of the classroom. |
