Maryland FBLA 2021 Virtual Fall Leadership Conference
Maryland FBLA is excited to present the 2021 Virtual Fall Leadership Conference on November 3, 2021. The conference will debut live at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3. At this time, attendees can tune in to watch the General Session for messages from state officers and the board of directors as well as a phenomenal, live keynote speaker. Following this debut, attendees can access on-demand workshops and leadership presentations led by business leaders and state officers on a variety of topics including leadership, competitive event success, chapter management, and state and national programs. Those that are not able to attend the live debut on November 3 will also be able to view the general session and keynote address on-demand.
This conference is a great way to get students excited and engaged in FBLA!
Schedule and format
The Opening General Session and live keynote speaker will debut at 7 p.m. on November 3 and will be available on demand after the debut.
Workshops/leadership presentations will be offered on demand beginning after the live debut on November 3.

Registration fee
The cost for students and guests to attend is $10. The conference is open to those that have paid dues as well as those that may be considering joining. This is an excellent recruitment tool for potential members!
The Board is pleased to offer complimentary registration for advisors.
How to register?
Advisors must register all participants for the conference through the online registration system (https://www.gobluepanda.com/).
Online registration will begin on October 11, 2021. You will receive an e-mail from [email protected] when the registration system is open and it will contain your log in instructions. If you have any trouble logging into Blue Panda, please e-mail the system directly at [email protected] for log-in assistance. There is also a self-service “forgot user name/password” feature on the Blue Panda registration website as well.
You will need e-mail addresses for each of your students. Please ensure that the student e-mail addresses are able to receive external e-mails and not internal school addresses. Some schools have school e-mail addresses for students that are only able to receive mail from within the school system; those e-mail addresses will not work for this conference as we will be e-mailing conference log-in instructions directly to all registrants.
Registration will close on October 29, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
Advisor registration is complimentary and doesn’t require a payment.
Instructions on how to access the conference will be e-mailed to all registered participants on or prior to November 2. Please note that each attendee will receive a unique log-in link for the conference. These links cannot be shared as they will only work on one device at a time (if a student is logged in on one device and that same link is used on another device, it will kick the original user out).
Payment information
Please submit payment by school check or credit card (info below) as soon as possible following your registration submission. Because we don’t have large hotel and vendor commitments with this conference, we are offering the benefit of not having a quick payment deadline for this event. We appreciate you doing your best to get payment issued as soon as possible but no later than November 30.
Payment by credit card – If your chapter would like to pay your invoice by a single credit card payment, please complete the Credit Card Payment Request form and a link to a secure payment site will be e-mailed to the cardholder who can then submit the credit card payment for your chapter’s full invoice. Our refund policy for cancellations allows for cancellations and/or refunds for registration fees already paid up until the registration system closes, which for the 2021 Virtual Fall Leadership Conference is 5 p.m. on October 29, 2021.
Changes (cancellation and/or additions) to your registration are permitted through 5 p.m. on October 29, 2021. Cancellations and/or additions can be made by the advisor by modifying their registration through the use of our online registration system at https://www.gobluepanda.com/.
