Doris Wang

State President

Doris Wang, a senior at Montgomery Blair High School, is so excited to serve as your 2025-2026 State President! For the past four years, FBLA has been a special place where Doris was able to find a sense of community and explore new pathways. Outside of FBLA, she loves to play volleyball with friends, bake, and learn new things.

Karolina Minayasan

State Vice President

Karolina Minasyan is a senior at Hereford High School in the Northeastern Region. Her favorite FBLA memory was having fun and running workshops at the 2025 MD SLC! In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, playing the guitar, and reading. She is super excited to serve her second year as a state officer and create the best resources for all of MD FBLA!

Charis Roussel

State Secretary-Treasurer

Charis Roussel is a junior from the Western Region and attends Urbana High School. Her favorite FBLA memory is eating pizza in Ocean City at the 2024 SLC, and what she loves most about FBLA is the opportunity to meet new people. Outside of FBLA, she enjoys going out, drawing, spending time with others, playing volleyball, and playing guitar. She is thrilled to serve Maryland FBLA in her second year as a state officer.

Zoya Rizvi

State Reporter-Historian

Zoya Rizvi is a junior at Dulaney High School in the Northeastern Region. Her favorite FBLA memory is NLC 2025 because she got to try all the excellent California food and bubble tea! She loves to make fun TikToks, play tennis, and golf. She's excited to capture memories, share stories, and meet even more amazing members as your 2025-2026 Reporter-Historian!

Jessica Yao

State Parliamentarian

Jessica Yao is a senior at Richard Montgomery High School, going into her second year of FBLA. Her favorite FBLA memory is meeting three members from West Virginia while waiting in line for caricatures at the 2025 NLC. Outside of FBLA, she enjoys playing the flute and playing volleyball.

Siri Damu

Central Region Vice President

Siri Damu, a junior at Howard High School, is excited to serve as your Central Region Vice President for the upcoming school year. Her favorite FBLA memory is SLC ’24, where she had the opportunity to get to know her chapter better. Outside of FBLA, Siri enjoys baking, singing, and spending time with friends.

Alper Kaplan

Eastern Region Vice President

Alper Kaplan is a junior at South River High School in the Eastern Region. His favorite memory is having fun at Universal Studios during the 2024 NLC in Orlando. He loves to play soccer, kickboxing, and run, and meet new members of FBLA all around the nation.

Northeastern Region Vice President

Cameron Holmes is a senior at Aberdeen High School, belonging to the Northern region. His favorite FBLA memory is going to the 2025 national conference in Anaheim. He enjoys meeting people and making connections. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and tennis.

Laya Kudaravalli

Southwestern Region Vice President

Laya Kudaravalli is a junior at Thomas S. Wootton High School in the Southwestern Region. Her favorite FBLA memories are the SLC award ceremony with her chapter/state officers and getting boba every day at NLC. In her free time, she loves dancing, playing music, and taking pictures! She is so excited to meet more MD FBLA members and host her region's RLC this year.

Annchi Liu

Western Region Vice President

Annchi Liu, a senior at Glenelg High School, is honored to serve as your Western Region Vice President! Among her favorite FBLA memories is SLC '24 in Ocean City, where she watched the sunset at the beach with her chapter and savored delicious shrimp tacos. Outside of FBLA, she enjoys dancing, kickboxing, running her small business, and programming up side projects.
